Our Foils

Professional salon foil requires a very specific balance of strength, flexibility, smoothness, and durability to perform properly during color services.

Our foils, like most professional salon foils, are made using a blend of recycled aluminum and raw aluminum materials. Incorporating recycled aluminum helps reduce energy usage and lower environmental impact compared to producing aluminum entirely from raw materials.

Many people ask:
“Why can’t used salon foil simply become new hair foil again?”

While aluminum itself is infinitely recyclable, used salon foils go through chemical exposure from bleach, hair color, heat, and other salon processes. Once recycled, the aluminum composition changes and may no longer meet the high-quality standards needed to create the ultra-thin, tear-resistant foil stylists depend on behind the chair.

Instead, recycled salon foil is commonly repurposed into other aluminum-based products such as automotive parts, construction materials, industrial components, and other durable metal goods.

Our Eco Brushes and Eco Color Bowls are made using natural plant fiber materials as part of our effort to incorporate more environmentally conscious alternatives into our product line. Many of our combs are also designed using durable nano resin materials intended for long-term professional use.

We believe creating durable, reusable salon tools that are designed to last is an important part of reducing unnecessary waste within the beauty industry.

Minimal Packaging

We believe great products don’t need excessive packaging.

At Cabello Foil, we intentionally keep our packaging as minimal as possible while still protecting the products inside. We prioritize the use of recycled paper materials and avoid unnecessary plastic packaging whenever we can.

Many of our products are wrapped using recyclable tissue paper as part of our ongoing effort to reduce waste and create a more thoughtful unboxing experience.
